Universal Audio社は、同社プラグインDSPカード「UAD-1」および「UAD-2」に対応した最新ソフトウェア、「UAD Powered Plug-Ins v5.1.0 Software」を、同社ウェブサイトにて公開した。v5.1.0には、新製品UAD-2の発表と同時にアナウンスのあった新パートナー、Moog社と共同開発された新プラグイン「Moog Multimode Filter」（SE版あり）が含まれている。ユーザー待望のプラグインとなるMoog Multimode Filterは、同社Voyager Electric Blueなどを彷彿とさせる印象的なブルー（SE版はホワイト）を基調とした直感的なインターフェイスを持つ強力マルチモード・フィルターとなっている。14日間フル機能を試用できるデモライセンスが付属する。ただし、本プラグインは現在のところUAD-1のみに対応しており、UAD-2には2008末までに対応予定なのでご注意を！価格は発売記念特価199.00ドル。
